Dale Mitchell

Executive Director
Dale Mitchell has been Executive Director of Ethos since 1993. Prior to this, he was Assistant Administrator for the Boston Housing Authority and a public interest lobbyist and policy analyst specializing in welfare and tax reform. He has a Master's Degree in Social Planning, is a licensed clinical social worker, and is a staunch supporter of the public sector's role in promoting economic and social justice.

Margery Gann, RD, LDN, FADA

Care Management Director
Before coming to Ethos she was Assistant Professor of Nutrition at Simmons College and was a manager in the Department of Dietetics and Nutrition, Brigham and Women's Hospital. Ms. Gann holds a Master's of Science in Nutrition and a Master's of Business Administration. Her publications are in the areas of food safety and quality improvement.

 

Galina Lonshteyn

Fiscal Director
Galina has been at Ethos more than ten years, starting as Staff Accountant/Financial Analyst, promoted to Assistant Fiscal Director and is now the Fiscal Director. Galina graduated from Moscow Financial Institute (Russia) with a Master's Degree in Economics.

Sandy Hovey

Protective Services Director
Sandy Hovey has been the Director of Boston Elder Protective Services Program since 2003. For the past 15 years he has been advocating for elders who have suffered from domestic violence and neglect. His graduate work was at the Adler School of Professional Psychology and has extensive experience working with people struggling with mental health and substance abuse issues.

Judy A. Baker

Human Resources Director
Judy Baker has been Ethos Human Resources Director since 1994. She has worked in diversity and affirmative action in higher education, banking and the public sector. She has a Master's Degree in Community Counseling from the University of Wisconsin and a Masters Degree in Chinese Studies from Soochow University in Taiwan.  She has a strong interest in wellness and healthy eating.
