Dale Mitchell has been Ethos Executive Director since 1993.
Prior to this, he was Assistant Administrator for the Boston
Housing Authority and a public interest lobbyist and policy analyst
specializing in welfare and tax reform. He has a Master's Degree
in Social Planning, is a licensed clinical social worker, and is
a staunch supporter of the public sector's role in promoting
economic and social justice.

Judy A. Baker has been Ethos Human Resources Director since 1996.
She has worked in diversity and affirmative action in higher education,
banking and the public sector. She has a Master's Degree in
Community Counseling from the University of Wisconsin and a
Masters Degree in Chinese Studies from Soochow University in
Taiwan. She has a strong interest in wellness and performs detoxifying
body wraps in her Brookline salon.

Margery Gann, RD, LDN, FADA is Ethos Care Management
Director. Before coming to Ethos she was Assistant Professor
of Nutrition at Simmons College and was a manager in the
Department of Dietetics and Nutrition, Brigham and Women's
Hospital. Ms. Gann holds a Master's of Science in Nutrition
and a Master's of Business Administration. Her publications are
in the areas of food safety and quality improvement.

Galina Lonshteyn is Fiscal Director at Ethos. She has been
at Ethos more than ten years, started as Staff Accountant /
Financial Analyst then was promoted to Assistant Fiscal Director
and is now the Fiscal Director. Galina graduated from Moscow
Financial Institute (Russia) with a Master's Degree in Economics.
